Customer satisfaction is important to us. Should you wish to return your products you may contact us at if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in new condition and un-opened. Items that have been used or have any wear cannot be returned for a refund.  A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.  The initial shipping charges are not refundable. EFT and EMT payments cannot be canceled or refunded and those returns will receive a store credit.

Any item purchased at a discount of 15% or more is considered a final sale and not eligible for a return.


If your order is short an item, you must contact us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the package. 


We do our best to ensure that our item descriptions are accurate, however manufacturers often change descriptions of items without providing any update or notice to dealers/distributors.  We reserve the right to modify or change product descriptions/photographs at any time.


If you receive an item that is incorrect in your order please contact us at We will issue a return label to you to exchange the item. The item must be returned to us in order to be exchanged for the correct item.


If an item is defective or subject to a repair under the manufacturer warranty Go Big Tactical will assist in facilitating assistance for customers for products it has sold.  Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  An RMA request MUST be obtained prior to sending anything to us for warranty assistance.  This includes any products re-sold by Go Big Tactical under distributor/dealer agreements.


International currencies and exchange rates are out of our control.  Product prices may change at any time, and a product is not returnable for a refund due to a change in the price. Any item that is 15% off or greater from the retail price is considered clearance and all sales are final, no exceptions.


Purchases re-sold or transferred to another individual are not eligible for a refund.


Special, custom, or items imported for customers cannot be returned.    


To complete a return please email us at to obtain an RMA number. Include in the email your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return. 

Once you have obtained an RMA number please ship the item to us with a traceable method. We do not accept Cash on Delivery and packages must be pre-paid.
