Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Any item purchased at a discount of 15% or more is considered a final sale and not eligible for a return. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee (does not apply if you received the incorrect item). Initial shipping charges are not refundable. EFT and EMT payments cannot be canceled or refunded and those returns will receive a store credit.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Special, custom, or items imported for customers cannot be returned. Purchases re-sold or transferred to another individual are not eligible for a refund or return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Shortages
If your order is short an item, you must contact us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the package.
