This is a game changer for anyone who coyote hunts. I have spotted coyotes in brush/trees over 700+ yards away. At that range you can't identify with the thermal alone, you will need to use the regular scope to verify but you will see the heat signature. This scope is best for 200 yards and closer for thermal use but with the regular scope you can easily shoot way further. Range finder works accurately, night vision is very impressive compared to something like atn x sight. Well worth the money, just keep in mind this scope has very short eye relief if you plan on using it on a higher recoil rifle.
