FAQ:

1. My order shipped with Canpar and I cannot locate my tracking number.  

    Answer: Tracking numbers take up to 24 hours and come from Canpar directly.  Please wait 24 hours prior to contacting us for this tracking number.

 

2. My order shipped Regular Post, where is my tracking number?

    Answer: Regular post shipments are without tracking number and insurance.  These can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

 

3. I am looking for a product on your website, but cannot find it, can you get it?

    Answer: We do have access to many products not on our website, please email us using this form to inquire as we will have to look up the item.

 

4. I sent you an email, but haven't heard back, when can I expect an answer?

    Answer: You can expect an answer within 1-2 business days to your inquiry.  Some inquiries require follow up prior to a response

 

5. I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

    Answer: Please use the contact form to reach out to us so we can look up the order and determine the best course to resolve the concerns.

 

We are having a higher volume of inquiries than normal, likely due to a lack of supply of a lot of items due to back order and COVID-19.  We would ask that if you have  general inquiry to use this form to contact us vs calling.  If you call we will likely ask you to email us.
